WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY COSTS?

 

We have separate charges that apply for destinations throughout the world. Please select the relevant destination when placing your order, see shipping page for costs etc.

 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

 

Payment is taken via Paypal. The safe, secure and easy way to pay. You can use a credit or debit card with no Paypal account needed. You can also use a current Paypal balance if you already have and account or transfer funds direct from your bank account.

 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

 

When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

 

We offer delivery to a large selection of European and Worldwide destinations. Please contact us to make sure we can deliver to your country.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

 

Any deliveries within the EU are exempt from these charges. For other Worldwide destinations such as the USA, Canada & Switzerland, the recipient will be responsible for any charges once the parcel reaches its destination. ETHIC WATCHES has no control over theses costs, and we are not in a position to inform you how much it will cost as prices vary from country to country.

 

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO RETURN AN ITEM TO YOU?

 

In the event that you need a refund or would like to exchange an item, please refer to our terms page.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY ORDER AND IT IS DAMAGED, OR THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING?

 

This must be reported to us as soon as possible and we will take the appropriate action.

 

IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THE COURIERS TRY AND DELIVER MY ORDER WHAT HAPPENS TO IT?

 

If no one is home to accept your order then you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local depot. You may contact the couriers to arrange a suitable redelivery date, or alternatively it may be possible to pick up the order from your local depot. (Please confirm this with the courier first) Identification will be required on request.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT TO ETHIC WATCHES FOR REPLACEMENT / REFUND?

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED, WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT?

 

All items are shipped within 7 working days after the order being placed; all orders are shipped by recorded mail and will need to be signed for, times can vary based on your country of destination

 

I HAVE BEEN SENT THE WRONG ITEM, HOW DO I REPORT THIS?

 

In the rare event that you have been sent the incorrect item then please contact us at sales@ethicwatches.com as soon as possible. We will get it sorted out as quickly as possible.

 

IF I'VE PLACED AN ORDER ON YOUR SITE, AM I ABLE TO AMEND IT LATER?

 

If you're order has already begun to be processed then you will not be able to amend your order. We start work on your order the minute you hit the checkout button, therefore amendments may not always be possible, but contact us on sales@ethicwatches.com to see if we can help.

 

DO ETHIC WATCHES COME WITH ANY WARRANTY?

 

YES, we do offer a warranty on ALL of our Watches. We offer a 6month warranty – covering any manufacturer defects. If you have ANY issues with your watch, simply email us sales@ethicwatches.com and we will get back to you in a timely manner and help address your question or issue with your watch. Our 6 month warranty DOES NOT cover damage to the watch that is self inflicted, improper use, careless treatment, or improper adjustments or repairs. We WILL NOT accept exchanges if your watch is scratched, if the band is worn out, stretched out, torn apart, dull, or if the batteries are damaged.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?

 

The battery life (approximately) is 1- 2 year life span.

 

HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE BATTERY ON AN ETHIC WATCH?

 

To change the battery, the process is quite simple. Remove the face of the watch out of the band, turn it upside down, then simply unscrew the back plate with a small screwdriver. Remove the back piece and then you will see the battery inside the watch. Simply replace the battery with a standard watch battery.

 

IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT THAT I HAVE ORDERED FROM YOU, HOW DO I GET HELP?

We offer wholesale pricing as well as distributor pricing, if you are looking to buy a large quantity of Ethic Watches.
