If you are making a purchase at the Ethic Watches Webshop you are acknowledging your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All returned items must:
Be returned undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Include a copy of your returns email along with your returns reference number.
The cost of the item will be refunded as soon as the returned items have been checked and found to be in order.
Ethic Watches will accept full responsibility for items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
Delivery to UK mainland is IS CHARGED AT £4.00 PER ORDER, We do offer free delivery on orders over £50.00.
Delivery to Europe and other Worldwide destinations is charged at £8.00.
Items will be dispatched within 7 working days from your order. If there is a stock shortage for your order you will be notified of an estimated dispatch time.
Deliveries to UK are sent Via Royal Mail First Class Recorded; orders should reach you the next working day after shipment, and will require a signature on delivery.
Deliveries to Mainland Europe are sent via Airmail. You should expect to see your delivery within 3-5 working days from the date of postage.
Deliveries to other worldwide destinations are sent via Airmail. You should expect to see your delivery within 5-28 days from the date of postage. (Please contact us if you wish to find out more information about shipping to worldwide destinations before you place your order)
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, or an item is the wrong size/colour etc we will be happy to arrange a full refund or exchange of your item/s within 14 days of receipt. Contact us with your query and we will do our best to answer as quickly as possible with your unique returns number (please make clearly visible on outside of packaging) and copy of our returns form.

All items being returned to us for either a refund or exchange must be sent back in a new & unused condition and in original packaging. Please include your completed returns form in the parcel stating if you would like a refund or to exchange.
We would advise you to send the item/s back via a recorded delivery, as the items are your responsibility until they reach us and this will insure you for the value of the goods in the event something was to happen to the parcel.

Note: Please do not tape up, or attach labels direct to the retail packaging, please wrap the product first.
Returns being made from countries outside of the European Union must be clearly labelled as ‘RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE’ failure to do this may result in a request for charges to be paid before the item can be delivered, in cases like this goods will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender by the couriers.
